Daikin Applied is seeking a Sales Applications Engineer III for Plymouth, MN, offering hybrid work. You will provide technical expertise to sales teams, evaluate customer needs, and position Daikin products to win in the marketplace.

You may lead and guide the marketing applications group depending on experience. Responsibilities include supporting inquiries, preparing technical literature, conducting training, and proposing product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of Sales Applications Engineering experience.
• HVAC experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, accurate support to sales inquiries regarding special applications, systems or pricing.
• Communicate with customers to evaluate and understand their needs.
• Assess processes to meet those needs.
• Process requests for modifications or options and other general information not covered by published pricing.
• Prepare technical literature for internal and field application.
• Conduct product training to sales representatives and customers.
• Evaluate and propose improvements of product training processes.

The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which these positions fall. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law. Safety-sensitive positions may require cannabis (marijuana) testing.
