Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of Sales Applications Engineering experience in HVAC.

In the position, you will provide technical expertise on company products to sales representatives in the selection and application of business unit products to fulfill specific field requirements. In addition, you will implement strategies on how to position the product to effectively compete in the marketplace. You will be required to collaborate effectively with customers while effectively demonstrating value of company product lines. Additionally, depending on your level of experience, you may provide leadership and direction within marketing applications organization. Your Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, accurate support to sales representative inquiries regarding special applications, systems or pricing

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of Sales Applications Engineering experience HVAC experience

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,400 - $151,800 plus a 10% bonus in Minnesota.

The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which these positions fall.

Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law.

Safety-sensitive positions may require cannabis (marijuana) testing.

All testing and employment decisions will comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
