Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Manufacturing Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• 5+ years of related manufacturing engineering experience.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD 2D, MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Represent manufacturing on new product programs and define production processes.
• Lead cost reduction and kaizen events with cross-functional teams.
• Define equipment/tool designs and manage procurement and installation.
