Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales abilities, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing in insurance or financial services.
• Experience or interest in training and sales management, such as mentoring peers and supporting onboarding.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work on-site in the Louisville Metropolitan Area and maintain reliable attendance.
• Comfort using CRM or agency management systems and standard office software for documentation and communication.
• Relevant licenses for insurance sales in Kentucky and/or Indiana (or ability to obtain).
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business/marketing is beneficial.
