The Business Insurance Strategic Advisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Louisville, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for advising business clients on insurance strategies, coverage options, and risk management solutions aligned with their operational and financial goals. Day-to-day activities include analyzing client portfolios, identifying coverage gaps, preparing proposals, and presenting recommendations to decision-makers. The Advisor collaborates with internal teams to manage projects, coordinate policy renewals, and ensure a smooth client experience from onboarding through ongoing service. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, staying current on market trends and carrier offerings, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives that support business growth.

An insurance license is required to sell and earn commission in this role, but you do not need to be licensed before you apply. We will provide and pay for the required pre-licensing training and support you through the licensing process.
