Responsibilities

  • Draft contracts for Sales Managers and Coordinators.
  • Assist Event Planners with BEOs and Floor Plans.
  • Create client materials (signage, menu cards, etc.).
  • Provide front desk coverage and event support as needed.
  • Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Flexible scheduling, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends based on event needs
  • Manage and generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports (e.g., 21-Day, 90-Day, BEO Tracking, Event Count, VIP Alerts).
  • Track requests for services (TAS, K9, security, etc.).
  • Maintain logs for inquiries, lost business, and contract production.
  • Oversee Client Surveys and Point of Contact Sheets.

Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (RRB/ITC) is a dynamic hub for government, business, commerce and the community, in the heart of the nation’s capital. As the first and only federal building dedicated to both public and private use, the Reagan Building is the official World Trade Center Washington, DC, featuring a premier conference and events center, executive office space, attractions and exhibits, retail, dining, parking and public programming.

Trade Center Management Associates (TCMA, A Drew Company), the exclusive manager of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, is seeking a Sales and Event Planning Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The Sales and Event Planning Administrative Assistant supports the Sales and Event Planning team by handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires proficiency in sales administration and the ability to manage requests, generate reports, and assist with event coordination.

Job Responsibilities
