Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Sales Analyst- remote eligible across MO, KS, AZ, NM, NV. The role analyzes sales and marketing data to drive revenue growth, loyalty, and efficiency.

You will build KPI dashboards in Power BI, manage CRM data, and present actionable insights to cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of data analysis experience, strong IT skills, and expertise in Power BI and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or similar required.
• 5+ years in report planning, forecasting, data analysis or CRM.
• Experience working with sales teams and CRM systems.
• Strong IT capabilities with sales, customer and data reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI for sales teams.
• Create ideal customer profiles and campaign opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to drive performance.
