Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Sales Analyst Intern to support multiple teams including Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Marketing and Customer Success. You will analyze sales data, build dashboards in Salesforce and BI tools, and help ensure data integrity across processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, process improvement, and data-driven decision making. Remote work is available with potential hybrid options near office hubs.

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a degree-seeking program in Business or related field.
• Technically savvy with Excel, Word, Google Docs; comfortable with various productivity tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community, school, or other programs.
• Professional, outgoing, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Perform Sales Analytics and Reporting tasks to support sales performance management.
• Build reports and dashboards in Salesforce, BI Tools, and Excel.
• Promote process improvement for new and existing processes.
• Validate and research sales-related activities to ensure data integrity.
• Build working relationships across the organization to better integrate Sales Operations with other teams.
• Support data collection and interpretation to drive increased sales production.
