Job summary

Midmark Corporation in Versailles, Ohio seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to boost sales force efficiency by partnering across Sales, Finance, Marketing and IT to develop data driven solutions and lead process improvements.

You will compile and analyze sales data, build dashboards with Tableau and maintain Salesforce-based reports, while supporting demand planning and compensation analysis. A Bachelor's degree in finance or data analytics and 2+ years in analytics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, data analytics or related field.
• 2+ years in sales operations, finance, or analytics in a sales environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with BI tools and CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compiles, analyzes and interprets sales and marketing data across channels, creates dashboards and participates in planning and analysis projects.
• Works with marketing and sales to compile detailed booking forecasts and sales metrics for demand planning.
• Provides detailed analysis of key operational metrics to management using various inputs.
• Partners with sales and cross-functional teams to increase revenue and profitability through improved processes.
• Builds and manages sales reports and dashboards.
• Leads or participates in sales-related projects with limited oversight.
• Serves as primary point of contact for sales reporting, planning and strategic analysis support.
• Assists in compensation plans analysis and territory alignment.
• Assists in the demand planning process.
