Job summary

Midmark Corporation is seeking a Pricing Administrator in Versailles, OH to support the execution and maintenance of pricing strategies. You will work with the Pricing and Channel Partner Lead to implement pricing updates, contract terms, and quoting tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires strong attention to detail and data skills, with experience in Oracle, Salesforce CRM, or other ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP; Tableau familiarity is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Process and administer price changes in Oracle and related systems.
Support maintenance of pricing agreements and ensure documentation and compliance.
Verify pricing accuracy across Midmark systems for all business units.
Assist in managing and updating sales quoting tools for promotions and contracts.
Maintain and audit price lists and freight terms.
Collaborate with customer experience and sales teams to respond to pricing inquiries.
Generate standard and ad hoc reports using Excel, Tableau, and BI tools.
Support price increase renewals and partner documentation updates.
