Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking an Analyst, Sales Operations and Analytics to join the Analytics & Insights team. The role partners with Regional Sales, Sales Enablement, IT, and other teams to deliver reporting, analyses, and operational support for better commercial execution.

The analyst will work on distributor performance, incentive programs, Trax data management, and annual business planning to translate data into actionable business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales analytics or related analytical roles.
• Experience with consumer packaged goods, beverages, or syndicated data preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, Trax, and Circana data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze distributor depletion, shipment, inventory, and sales performance data.
• Monitor regional performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Produce and maintain sales reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI summaries.
• Support distributor incentive programs, target development, and tracking.
• Provide analytics for Annual Business Planning and forecasting.
• Prepare clear presentations and document analytical methods and results.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Category Management.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting resources.
