Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer specializing in Power BI to support the commercial sales analytics function. You will design and deliver dashboards, reports, and data visuals that translate complex business needs into actionable insights for sales leadership.

Collaborate with analysts, IT, and stakeholders to build scalable data models, ensure data quality, and enable forecasting and performance reporting across the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior sales leadership to define KPI’s, improve forecasting, and turn analytics into actionable sales strategies.
• Strong technical and analytical capability in tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel and data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visuals to support sales insights.
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and related data sources.
• Develop, optimize, and support data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality for performance improvements.
• Partner with analysts, stakeholders, and tech teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting aligned to priorities.
• Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across the commercial sales environment.
