Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer specializing in Power BI to elevate analytics across the commercial sales organization. You will design, build, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations, translate business needs into scalable reporting, and partner with analysts, IT, and stakeholders to deliver insights that guide strategic decisions.

This full-time role can be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US, depending on location and hub

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong ability to partner with senior sales leadership to define KPI’s, improve forecasting, and translate analytics into actionable sales strategies.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI and Excel for reporting and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support sales insights and business decision-making.
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and related data sources.
• Develop, optimize, and support data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality to improve usability and performance.
• Partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions aligned to business priorities.
• Support forecasting, performance reporting and insight generation across the commercial sales environment.
