Job summary

DoorDash’s Sales Analytics team seeks a data-driven analyst to partner with sales & strategy, guiding SMB merchant growth through data-informed insights. You will lead analyses, build models, and collaborate with sales, operations, product and strategy to unlock opportunities.

You’ll report to a Senior Manager within Sales Analytics, helping optimize merchant experience and drive targets in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, or Strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong technical skills: advanced SQL, basics in Python/R, AI, and data modeling.
• Excellent analytical thinker who delivers actionable recommendations from complex data sets; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and track OKRs in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategize – Devise and execute initiatives against the overall sales org strategy for “winning the merchant” while coordinating across lines of business.
• Experiment – Use data-driven decision-making and market intelligence to run sales tests.
• Optimize – Build the best merchant acquisition engine to ensure high-quality selection for customers.
• Analyze – Build models to evaluate economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives to improve sales performance.
• Influence – Lead cross-functional projects with sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, business ops, and BD to improve merchant experience and hit targets.
