Job summary

Buyers Edge Platform is seeking a Sales Intelligence Data Analyst to convert complex sales and operational data into actionable insights that inform decision-making across multiple sales teams. You will identify data-driven opportunities, design scalable reports and data models, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Strong SQL, Python, and Tableau skills, plus experience with Salesforce CRMA, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience in data analytics or related field.
• Proficient with SQL, Python, Salesforce CRMA and Tableau.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales activity to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support new customer acquisition strategies.
• Provide analytical insights to help create competitive commission and incentive plans.
• Monitor sales pipeline metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven improvements to increase conversions and efficiency.
• Query, analyze, and summarize data using internal databases for ad-hoc analyses and recurring reports.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and trends for Sales Leadership and Sales Operations.
