Job summary

Buyers Edge Platform is seeking a Sales Intelligence Data Analyst to translate complex sales and operational data into actionable insights for multiple sales teams. You will identify data-driven opportunities and design scalable reports and data models in collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements include 2+ years of experience and proficiency in SQL, Python, Salesforce CRMA, and Tableau, with strong Excel skills. Familiarity with sales strategy is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education in Data Analytics or related field.
• 2+ years industry work experience.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Salesforce CRMA, Tableau.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Past involvement with Sales teams’ analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales activity to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within BEPL accounts, driving revenue and customer retention.
• Support strategic planning by delivering analytical insights for commission and incentive plans.
• Optimize the sales pipeline by monitoring metrics and recommending data-driven improvements.
• Query, analyze, and summarize data to support ad-hoc analyses, recurring reports, and dashboards.
• Build, maintain, and enhance reporting tools to track KPIs and trends for Sales Leadership and Sales Operations.
• Improve scalability and efficiency of analytics workflows using SQL, Python, CRMA, and related tools.
