Job summary

ECCO Select is seeking a Sales Analyst who will transform sales and marketing data into actionable insights to boost efficiency, revenue growth and customer loyalty. You will build Power BI reports, analyze CRM data, and collaborate with product, sales and marketing teams to steer strategy.

A strong SQL/Excel background and ability to communicate complex findings are essential. The role requires partnering with stakeholders, developing KPIs, and identifying bottlenecks to accelerate the sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in report planning, forecasting, data analysis, or CRM.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains dashboards and reports in Power BI for sales and marketing teams.
• Identify trends and opportunities from CRM, sales, and market data to drive decisions.
• Develop target plans and ideal customer profiles to improve campaigns and sales processes.
• Communicate insights clearly to product, sales and marketing stakeholders.
