Job summary

RxSight, Inc. is hiring a Sales Analyst in Aliso Viejo, CA to turn sales, account, and market data into standardized performance reporting and Salesforce dashboards.

You will support territory mapping, quota alignment, and forecasting, partnering with Data Analytics and Finance to drive strategic decisions. The role requires 3–5+ years in sales analytics, strong Excel skills, and experience with Salesforce and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel.
• Hands-on Salesforce report and dashboard building; BI tools with Power BI preferred; SQL a plus.
• Experience maintaining territory mapping and field assignments, and integrating third-party market data.
• Understanding of quota, territory, compensation, pipeline, and forecasting concepts.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight and communicate with leadership.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, and organization.
• Medical device or high-growth analytics experience, ophthalmic exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports for sales and leadership.
• Standardize recurring reporting to reduce manual effort.
• Maintain field territory mappings and alignments.
• Support territory design, realignment, and quota analysis.
• Analyze account and surgeon-level trends; build tiering and growth models.
• Support forecasting and compensation analysis with Finance and Programs.
• Translate analyses into clear recommendations and visuals for decision-makers.
• Ensure a single source of truth for commercial metrics.
