Job summary

Rollon by Timken is seeking a Business Analyst to support sales and operations through data analysis, reporting, and insights. You will translate CRM and ERP data into actionable recommendations and help drive data-driven decisions at all levels.

The role focuses on forecasting, KPI dashboards, and collaboration with sales leadership to identify opportunities and improve data quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years B2B/Industrial experience preferred.
• US work authorization only; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, trends, and forecasts by territory, segment, channel, and product line.
• Extract, transform, and interpret data from CRM Dynamics and ERP systems to provide actionable insights.
• Maintain and improve automated dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Prepare recurring reports and executive summaries on KPIs and customer behavior.
• Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with visual reports and sales performance analysis.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to evaluate opportunities and track campaign performance.
• Identify data gaps and ensure data quality across the organization.
• Develop and document data processes, dashboards, and reporting standards.
