Job summary

Rollon by Timken is seeking a Business Analyst to support sales and operations through data analysis, reporting, and performance insights. You will collaborate with sales leaders to translate data into actionable strategies and help data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales performance by territory and product, extracting data from CRM Dynamics and ERP, and maintaining dashboards in Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years experience in a B2B or industrial setting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (NO SPONSORSHIP available)

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, trends, and forecasts by territory, segment, channel, and product line.
• Extract, transform, and interpret data from CRM Dynamics and ERP systems to provide actionable insights.
• Maintain and improve automated dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Prepare recurring reports and executive summaries on KPIs and customer behavior.
• Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with visual reports and sales performance analysis.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to evaluate new opportunities and monitor campaign performance.
• Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and ensure data quality across the organization.
• Develop and document data processes, dashboards, and reporting standards.
