Job summary

Adams Thermal Systems, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Business Analyst, Sales to support customers, the sales organization, and executive leadership. This role blends analytics, account support, and cross-functional problem solving.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will work across Sales, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Materials, turning data into actionable commercial decisions and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers and senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to present data clearly in executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, forecasting, and reporting for leadership.
• Prepare customer, product, pricing, and market data analyses to inform decisions.
• Create executive-ready reports and presentations.
• Support pricing and commercial discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain customer quotations, RFQs, and market research deliverables.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to align priorities.
