Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking an analytics-focused professional to support sales incentive analysis, reporting, and KPI development. The role collaborates with the sales team to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive data-driven decisions.

You will prepare monthly and quarterly reports, conduct ad hoc analyses, and present findings to leadership while delivering training on incentive programs and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience.
• Or high school diploma/GED with 5–7+ years of specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the sales team to support incentive analysis and best practices.
• Conducts historical sales and retailer reporting and analysis to identify trends.
• Develops, publishes, and maintains monthly and quarterly sales reports and KPIs.
• Performs ad hoc reporting and analysis to support objectives and opportunities.
• Delivers presentations of analyses and recommendations to leadership as needed.
• Provides training and ongoing support to market teams on incentive programs and reporting tools.
