Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Analytics professional to support incentive analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring for the sales organization. Based in the Dallas or Houston area, the role collaborates with the sales team to drive business decisions.

You will develop monthly and quarterly reports and KPIs, perform ad hoc analyses for Sales and Marketing, and present findings to leadership while training market teams on incentive programs and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the sales team to support sales incentive analysis and associated best practices, including Monthly Business Objectives, incentive tracking, and program effectiveness.
• Conducts historical sales and retailer reporting and analysis to identify trends, monitor performance, and support business decisions.
• Develops, publishes, and maintains monthly and quarterly sales reports and Key Performance Indicators for Reyes Beverage Group business units.
• Performs ad hoc reporting and analysis for various Sales and Marketing departments to support business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conducts presentations of analyses, performance trends, and recommendations to leadership as needed.
• Provides consistent training, guidance, and ongoing support to market teams on incentive programs, reporting tools, and established processes to promote accuracy and consistency.
