Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. in Texas seeks a Sales Incentive Analyst to support incentive analysis, tracking, and program effectiveness for Reyes Beverage Group units. You will partner with the sales team on Monthly Business Objectives and performance trends.

The successful candidate will develop, publish, and maintain monthly and quarterly sales reports and KPIs, perform ad hoc analyses, and present findings to leadership. Based in Dallas or Houston, with flexibility per business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the sales team to support sales incentive analysis and associated best practices, including Monthly Business Objectives, incentive tracking, and program effectiveness.
• Conducts historical sales and retailer reporting and analysis to identify trends, monitor performance, and support business decisions.
• Develops, publishes, and maintains monthly and quarterly sales reports and Key Performance Indicators for Reyes Beverage Group business units.
• Performs ad hoc reporting and analysis for various Sales and Marketing departments to support business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conducts presentations of analyses, performance trends, and recommendations to leadership as needed.
• Provides consistent training, guidance, and ongoing support to market teams on incentive programs, reporting tools, and established processes to promote accuracy and consistency.

Location: Depending on business needs, this position may have the opportunity to be based out of Dallas,TX and Houston, TX as well.
