Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a Sales Analytics Specialist to support incentive analysis, tracking, and program effectiveness.

You will conduct historical sales and retailer reporting to identify trends and inform business decisions, and develop monthly and quarterly KPIs for Reyes Beverage Group units. You will also produce ad hoc analyses for Sales and Marketing, present findings to leadership, and train market teams on incentive programs and reporting tools to promote accuracy and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience; or HS/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in sales incentive analysis and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales team to support incentive analysis, tracking, and program effectiveness.
• Perform historical sales and retailer analysis to identify trends and support decisions.
• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly sales reports and KPIs for Reyes Beverage Group units.
• Provide ad hoc reporting to Sales and Marketing to drive improvements.
• Present analyses and recommendations to leadership as needed.
• Train market teams on incentive programs, reporting tools, and processes to ensure accuracy.

Job description

Location: Depending on business needs, this position may have the opportunity to be based out of Deerfield Beach, FL.

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the sales team to support sales incentive analysis and associated best practices, including Monthly Business Objectives, incentive tracking, and program effectiveness.
• Conducts historical sales and retailer reporting and analysis to identify trends, monitor performance, and support business decisions.
• Develops, publishes, and maintains monthly and quarterly sales reports and Key Performance Indicators for Reyes Beverage Group business units.
• Performs ad hoc reporting and analysis for various Sales and Marketing departments to support business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conducts presentations of analyses, performance trends, and recommendations to leadership as needed.
• Provides consistent training, guidance, and ongoing support to market teams on incentive programs, reporting tools, and established processes to promote accuracy and consistency.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
