Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a Sales Analytics Specialist to support incentive analysis, tracking, and program effectiveness.

You will conduct historical sales and retailer reporting to identify trends and inform business decisions, and develop monthly and quarterly KPIs for Reyes Beverage Group units. You will also produce ad hoc analyses for Sales and Marketing, present findings to leadership, and train market teams on incentive programs and reporting tools to promote accuracy and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience; or HS/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in sales incentive analysis and reporting is preferred.

Responsabilités

Collaborate with sales team to support incentive analysis, tracking, and program effectiveness.
Perform historical sales and retailer analysis to identify trends and support decisions.
Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly sales reports and KPIs for Reyes Beverage Group units.
Provide ad hoc reporting to Sales and Marketing to drive improvements.
Present analyses and recommendations to leadership as needed.
Train market teams on incentive programs, reporting tools, and processes to ensure accuracy.
