Job summary

QE Solar is seeking a highly organized Sales Analyst to support sales and business development across the organization. This role sits in Phoenix and engages across utility O&M, DG O&M, and related service lines, using AI to transform how the BD team operates.

You will develop pipelines, craft proposals, support pricing and contracts, and build analytics dashboards to inform leadership and clients. This is a growth-focused position with exposure to multiple business lines and AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales development, sales operations, proposal writing, BD analytics, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
• Strong business writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate proposal content.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Hands-on experience building with multiple AI systems, whether through prompt-based workflows, custom agents, or automation tools.
• Comfort with automation tools and with connecting systems together.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Development: Build targeted prospect lists and book meetings for BD staff.
• Proposals: Draft and assemble responses to RFPs and maintain content libraries.
• Sales Support: Prepare meeting materials, quotes, contracts, and collateral.
• Analytics and AI Automation: Build reports, budgets, and AI workflows to improve BD processes.
