SunPower is seeking an analytical Industrial Engineer / Operations Analyst to improve performance across the solar project lifecycle, from sales through activation, turning data into actionable insights for Operations and leadership.

The role builds dashboards and reports to reveal where the business performs well and where it stalls, moving between data, systems, and processes to foster a data-driven operating culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years in operations analytics or related role.
• Experience with large operational datasets.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables, Power Query, formulas, and data visualization.
• Experience building Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data across the project lifecycle to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Track project flow from sales to activation.
• Analyze cycle times, WIP, throughput, and profitability.
• Develop benchmarks and identify performance gaps across teams.
• Build dashboards providing real-time visibility into pipelines and performance.
• Design reports for frontline managers and executives.
• Map workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Support continuous-improvement across Operations and related teams.
• Establish metrics and definitions across teams.
• Automate data collection and recurring reporting.
