Job summary

QE Solar seeks a highly organized Sales Analyst to strengthen our pipeline, support proposals, and enable BD with data analytics and AI-driven workflows. You will collaborate across our O&M, DG O&M, and engineering service lines, coordinating with operations, finance, and leadership to drive deals from outreach to contract.

The role emphasizes writing strong proposals, building scalable processes, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate growth in a fast-growing solar and storage business.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales development, operations, proposals, or BD analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
• Strong business writing skills for proposal content.
• Advanced Excel skills with formulas and pivot tables.
• Hands-on experience building with AI systems or prompt-based workflows.
• Comfort with automation tools and connecting systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales pipeline by outbound outreach and booking qualified meetings for BD staff.
• Draft and manage RFP responses and maintain content libraries.
• Provide sales support including meeting prep, collateral, pricing, and contract coordination.
• Design AI-powered workflows to speed up BD processes and improve data hygiene.
