Job summary

Mobile Communications America, Inc. seeks a Sales Analytics Specialist to lead data analysis and reporting for the Sales Strategy & Operations organization. This role turns sales data into decision-ready insights, builds tear sheets and dashboards, and supports forecasting and territory planning.

You will apply low-code automation and AI tools such as Power Automate and Copilot Studio to streamline recurring reporting and improve efficiency across systems and data sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/analytics.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or sales operations.
• Hands-on experience with automation or low-code tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on analysis of sales performance across the organization, including pipeline, bookings, conversion, and productivity.
• Turn analysis into clear, decision-ready insights for non-technical audiences.
• Build and maintain tear sheets, executive summaries, and dashboards for current business view.
• Source, validate, and reconcile data across CRM (HubSpot, NetSuite) and ERP (NetSuite, Ormandy).
• Investigate data quality issues and suggest improvements to data capture and reporting.
