Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Franklin, TN is seeking a data-driven analyst to inform sales strategy for the PNNA Regional Specialty accounts. You will analyze distributor shipments and Nielsen data to deliver actionable insights, support planning and reporting, and help drive growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's in quantitative fields, 2+ years in data or analytics, and proficiency with Nielsen and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or Finance.
2+ years of experience in Data, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics.
Proficiency in Nielsen, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Provide continual analysis of business performance with actionable insights to account teams using distributor shipment data and Nielsen data.
Deliver ongoing promotional tracking and post promotional analysis to team.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and external business reviews and line reviews.
Perform ad-hoc deep-dive analyses to explain drivers of business performance.
Co-own demand planning reports and forecasts with the National Distributor Manager.
