Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in CPG with sales, customer service, logistics, or marketing roles.
• Experience in reporting/analytics or account management.
• Understanding of industry and trade channels.

Responsibilities

• Track shipments vs forecast and plan to understand upside or gaps.
• Evaluate performance at total, segment, brand, SKU, customer level.
• Build dashboards/reports using internal tools or third-party resources (SRM Info Delivery).
• Automate critical business reports to speed insights and action.
• Support the Annual Business Planning process and inputs from Sales pods and Growth teams.
• Contribute as a high-performing team member and drive continuous improvement.
