Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in CPG with customers across functions.
• Experience in reporting/analytics and/or account management preferred.
• Understanding of industry & trade channels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track shipments vs forecast vs plan vs consumption to understand upside/gaps.
• Evaluate performance at total, segment, brand, SKU, customer levels.
• Build dashboards/reports using internal tools and third-party resources.
• Support Annual Business Planning process; key contact for Sales inputs.
• Be a high-contributing member of a high-performance team.
• Provide viewpoints on in-period and full-year delivery of the Shipment Plan.
