Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional in-store client experiences by combining product knowledge, personalized styling, and strong relationship building. This role focuses on driving sales, leveraging digital tools for clienteling, and supporting team performance and store standards. It also serves as a development path toward future management opportunities within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and thoughtful styling recommendations to meet client needs.
• Drive individual sales through wardrobing, outreach, and effective use of digital tools and CRM.
• Support the team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs (SPH, data capture, etc.).
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Capture meaningful customer data using Polo connect to support clienteling initiatives.
• Maintain store visual standards and apply visual merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and team training to execute business results.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and help source top talent for the store.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and collaborate with colleagues.
• Ability to operate the register and remain on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, and office areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital tools for selling and clienteling preferred.
