• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM preferred.

• Maintain store visual standards and merchandising according to company guidelines.
• Participate in store and company initiatives, community outreach, and team training.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and support talent sourcing efforts.
