Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional in-store client experiences through product knowledge, personalized styling, and proactive clienteling. This customer-facing role drives sales, supports team performance, and acts as an entry point for future management opportunities. The role requires strong communication, merchandising, and digital engagement using CRM tools to cultivate lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and offer personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Leverage digital tools and CRM (e.g., Polo Connect) to capture customer data and support clienteling.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver consistent customer-centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and ensure merchandise is presented per brand guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and training to support business goals.
• Support hiring and talent sourcing efforts and provide feedback on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for extended periods, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, and work around/with chemicals; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience using digital sales tools and CRM to engage customers preferred.
