Acts as an entry point for future management and supports team performance by coaching Brand Ambassadors and leveraging digital tools. Delivers product knowledge, meets key performance indicators, and maintains store standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized styling recommendations and deep product knowledge.
• Drive individual sales and support team goals by meeting KPIs (SPH, data capture) and contributing to monthly and quarterly plans.
• Execute clienteling and CRM activities using tools like Polo Connect to capture meaningful customer data.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to develop customer‑centric behaviors and relationship‑building skills.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation according to company guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and talent sourcing.

Requirements
