Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Outbound calling and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by finding prospects and converting leads.
• Conduct client consultations to evaluate needs and recommend coverage.
• Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies.
• Develop and maintain lasting client relationships and provide ongoing policy support.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, helping the agency grow.
• Stay current on products and compliance requirements.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and renewals.
• Participate in team meetings and develop sales strategies.
