Thomas Feist Farmers Insurance Agency in Jefferson City, Missouri is seeking an Agent in Training to join our growing team. This role provides hands-on experience learning sales, client service and agency operations while protecting customers with Auto, Home, Business and Life insurance solutions.

You will learn under mentors, develop a growth path and gain real work experience with opportunities to advance into leadership within a fast-growing Missouri Farmers Insurance agency.

Our agency is one of the fastest growing Farmers agencies in Missouri and we are looking for motivated individuals who want more than just a job. This role is designed for someone who wants to learn the insurance industry from the ground up while building the skills needed to run an agency.

As an Agent in Training, you will work directly alongside our agency team learning sales, client service, and agency operations. You will gain hands on experience helping clients protect what matters most through Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance Solutions.

Requirements

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Proficiency to multi task, follow through and follow up
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Prior sales experience preferred
• A Property & Casualty insurance license in the State of Missouri is preferred or a willingness to obtain
• A Life & Health insurance license in the State of Missouri is preferred or a willingness to obtain
