You will learn under mentors, develop a growth path and gain real work experience with opportunities to advance into leadership within a fast-growing Missouri Farmers Insurance agency.

Qualifications

• Requirements listed in the ad: upbeat, self-starter with urgency; multi-tasking; excellent communication skills; prior sales experience preferred; two licenses in Missouri preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales
• Communicating with hot leads
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed
• Understanding prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
• Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services
• Staying informed about competing products and services
