Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence making outbound calls and closing deals.
• Coachable with a willingness to learn.
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by finding prospects and converting leads into policyholders
• Conduct client consultations to evaluate needs and recommend coverage
• Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
• Develop and maintain lasting client relationships and provide ongoing policy support
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, helping the agency grow
• Stay current on products and compliance requirements
• Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and renewals
• Participate in team meetings and develop sales strategies

Compensation

Salary + Commission Range $55K – $75K
