Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence with outbound calls and closing deals.
• Coachable attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Well-organized and effective time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new prospects and convert leads into policies.
• Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend tailored coverage.
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support.
• Exceed sales targets to support agency growth.
• Stay up-to-date on products, underwriting, and compliance.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, renewals, and follow-ups.
• Participate in team meetings and strategic sales planning.
