Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to review coverage and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on coverage options and risk exposures.
• Handle policy changes, questions, renewals, and claims support.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within the book of business.
• Maintain accurate activity and CRM records.
