Farmers Insurance is seeking an Agent in Training to join our thriving team in Michigan. You will drive revenue growth by identifying prospects, tailoring coverage, and guiding clients through policy options. The role requires a track record in sales and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident with outbound calls and closing deals
• Coachable attitude and eagerness to learn
• Well-organized and effective time management
• License preferred or willing to obtain (P&C and/or Life & Health)
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify new prospects and convert leads into policies
• Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend tailored coverage
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support
• Exceed sales targets to support agency growth
• Stay up-to-date on products, underwriting, and compliance
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, renewals, and follow-ups
• Participate in team meetings and strategic sales planning
