Supply Technologies is seeking an Account Administrator in Memphis to manage quotations, orders, and customer communications. You will work with Purchasing and Quality teams to clarify requirements and ensure timely responses. Proficiency in CRM and MS Office is essential.

You will maintain customer records, process credit memos, and provide delivery proofs while upholding accuracy and customer service standards in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifikationen

• Fastener industry experience is a PLUS!
• Great organizational skills and multi-tasking
• Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Agent, or similar role in a sales environment.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with quoting to customers
• Familiar with sourcing process
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer quotations and inquiries.
• Process customer orders.
• Process customer credit memos.
• Expedite customer orders.
• Identify customer requirements to the Purchasing and Quality Departments.
• Provide technical information to customers.
• Originate customer complaint form.
• Provide the customer with proof of delivery when required.
• Maintain customer drawing files in Sales office.
