Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in administrative support, customer service, inside sales, or a related role.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows OS including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, popular web browsers and Windows Explorer.
• Must possess superior organization, communication, problem solving, and multitasking abilities; able to understand customers’ decision-making process.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment and demonstrate reliability and discipline.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize customer relationships through regular sales communications.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with resolution of customer issues, concerns, and complaints.
• Perform outbound emails and calls, and inbound lead follow-up activities.
• Maintain and expand the customer database using CRM tools.
• Update notes and activities within the sales quote pipeline as directed by the sales team.
• Create and process proposals and sales orders per company policy.
• Support product and service promotions from internal and external sources.
• Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery.
• Produce periodic reports and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
