Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, through its TSD Mobility Solutions affiliate, is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales team with proposals, orders and pricing models.

In-office role with a hybrid schedule after training, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; the position emphasizes strong MS Office and HubSpot skills, calendar management, and clear written communication to keep customers and partners informed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of office administrative experience required.
• HubSpot experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience managing executive calendars preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to our sales representatives with their day-to-day responsibilities.
• Process sales orders received directly from customers or partners.
• Provide daily follow-up and status to the sales team on new customer orders.
• Manage reporting for sales metrics.
• Operate our CRM system and various customer pricing models.
• Develop and maintain regular reports via the company’s accounting system and Excel.
