Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM records and sales opportunities.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming inquiries and route requests to the appropriate team members.
• Set up bid proposals and download all documents to file.
• Assign Time & Material (T&M) job numbers and maintain associated job records.
• Create electronic job folders for new jobs in accordance with company standards.
• Gather and organize project information to support sales and estimating activities, while maintaining accurate electronic records, files, and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, estimating, and operations teams to ensure effective communication and data consistency.
