Job summary

Oliver Fire Protection & Security is seeking a motivated Sales Representative for its King of Prussia, PA Road Department. You will support preliminary design, estimating, and pricing of fire sprinkler projects while growing client relationships across the territory.

Regular day travel to customer locations, job sites, bid meetings, and walkthroughs is expected. The role emphasizes relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to interpret bid documents and prepare

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be comfortable with regular day travel throughout the assigned territory.
• PC skills, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Highly effective networking, communication, organization, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.
• Must be willing to travel locally and regionally and work with cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to successfully complete any required background check, drug screening, or company compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support preliminary design, estimating, and pricing of new fire sprinkler work.
• Develop new client relationships to increase bid opportunities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Travel during the day to customer locations, job sites, bid meetings, and walk-throughs throughout the assigned territory.
• Attend on-site and virtual bid meetings and walk-throughs.
• Interpret bid documents, plans, and specifications to prepare complete proposals with accurate scopes of work and exclusions.
• Process and complete bid forms, bid proposals, and bid prequalification documents.
• Research subcontractor needs, obtain competitive quotes, and review bid documents, pricing, and proposals with the department Sales Manager.
• Master Oliver's estimating programs, use CRM software, attend customer and company events, support operations, and participate in industry-related organizations.

Position Summary

We're seeking a talented and energetic Sales Representative to join our King of Prussia, PA Road Department team. In this role, you'll support preliminary design, estimating, and pricing of new fire sprinkler work while developing client relationships and creating new opportunities throughout your assigned territory. This position includes regular day travel to customer locations, job sites, bid meetings, and walk-throughs throughout the region.

This is a relationship-focused sales role supporting fire sprinkler opportunities throughout the region, with regular day travel required.
