Job summary

Oliver Fire Protection & Security in King of Prussia, PA seeks a Sales Administrator to support the sales team by managing CRM data, coordinating communications, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth information flow across sales, estimating, and operations.

You will serve as a central contact for inquiries, set up bid proposals, assign job numbers, and create electronic folders to support project documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of administrative, sales support, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with CRM data management and records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM records and sales opportunities.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries and route requests to teams.
• Set up bid proposals and download documents to file.
• Assign Time & Materials (T&M) job numbers and maintain records.
• Create electronic job folders for new jobs per company standards.
• Gather project information to support sales and estimating activities.
